Nick Carter And JC Chasez At Billboard Music Awards

Billboard.com reports that Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter and *NSYNC star JC Chasez have already signed up to be presenters at this years Billboard Music Awards along with Justin Guarini from ‘American Idol’. The show, which air December 9th, will also feature a performance by Avril Lavigne.
