Nick Carter Finishes Pretrial Prevention Program

MTV News reports Nick Carter has finished his pretrial prevention program stemming from a January arrest outside a Tampa Bay nightclub. The Backstreet Boys star was charged with resisting or opposing a law enforcement officer without violence.
