Backstreet Boys star is #1 for the first time on Z100 FM’s Top 9 @ 9 in New York City tonight (August 26). Nick’s ‘Help Me’ beat rival solo artist Justin Timberlake of *NSYNC, who was #3 tonight with ‘Like I Love You.’
