Nick Carter Likes Being The Underdog

CDNow.com sat down with Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter recently. On whether Nick should do a solo album now or never, CDNow says ‘It’s Now.’ Nick, who’s getting ready for the tour right now says “We’ve been rehearsing…I’ve been playing guitar…I want to play really small places, like 1,000 or 2,000 seaters. I would rather do it that way, and get some respect.” When asked about how he think’s he’s doing so far, Nick said “I don’t want people to necessarily like me in the beginning. I like being the underdog…I want to sweat. I don’t want it to be easy.”
