Nick Carter Makes A Deal On Arrest

The St. Petersburg Times reports Backstreet Boy Nick Carter agreed to enter into a pretrial intervention program in a deal with state prosecutors to clear him of a misdemeanor charge of resisting or opposing a law enforcement officer without violence. The charge stemmed from an incident at a Tampa night club on January 2nd.
