Q102, Philadelphia’s #1 hit music station, has announced the lineup for its 2002 Jingle Ball. Nelly, Eve, O-Town, Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter, Daniel Bedingfield, Angie Martinez, Tanto & Metro & Devante, and DJ Sammy with Do are all scheduled for performances and later appearances at the VIP Party.
