Entertainment Tonight aired last night exclusive footage of Paris Hilton surprising Nick Carter at the studio on his birthday. The Backstreet Boys sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to a very embarrassed Nick, then Nick talks about how good it is to have Paris by his side.
