The KIIS-FM 102.3 website reports that it’s annual Jingle Ball tickets are on sale on November 8th for KISS club members and November 9th for the general public. The artist lineup includes Destiny’s Child, Goo Goo Dolls, Kylie Minogue, Avril Lavigne, ‘American Idol’ stars Kelly Clarkson and Justin Guarini, Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter, Mariah Carey, and Paul Oakenfold.
