Nick Carter Talks With US Weekly
Nick Carter has a brief Q&A in US Weekly where he discussed his arrest in Tampa earlier this month. Nick explained, “Well, I can’t get too deep into it because of, uh, legal reasons. But, I mean, it was just blown out of proportion. Really. If this would have happened to anybody who wasn’t in my situation, it never would have come out. I’m not a bad guy — I don’t do bad things at all. So I guess it was like I was at the wrong place at the wrong time.”
As for tabloid reports having him doing drugs, Nick said, “I’ve been reading, yeah — you can’t get away from it. I was like ‘Oh my goodness.’ I was shocked how quickly it got out. It was so small of a situation, and it’s looked so big all around the United States.”
Nick sighed, “But it’s what I got to deal with. But everything’s cool, everything’s fine. [Laughs] I love the police.”
