Nick Carter’s Cursing In ‘Payback’ Offends Mother

Contributed by elgato:

According to KGUN 9 News in Arizona, Kelly Gardnar, a mother in Tucson, is very upset over a song that was listened to by her kid. The song was Backstreet Boys star ’s ‘Payback’ and came on a compilation CD in General Mills cereal boxes, along with songs by people like Aaron Carter, Britney Spears, *NSYNC, and others. In the song, Nick sings “…you stupid motherfu**er… Payback!” The mother was shocked to hear her 9 year old daughter Aubrey singing the same line. And yes, she did say the f-word. Kelly is complaining to the Food and Drug Administration, claiming that this material is inappropriate for kids.

That’s hilarious. if you’ve never heard ‘Payback,’ you can download it at it’s a B-side to Now or Never, and supposedly a song Nick wrote about the back-stabbing, gold-digging Willa Ford.

haha well to be fair, he fades out before he says ‘*****er’ but whatever!

This lady is pathetic. so is the kid. its just a song, and just because it is in a kids cereal box does not mean the CD is for kids. how gay. its her fault she didn’t listen to it to see if it was okay. anyway, he doesn’t even say f***er. he fades out. all he says is motha. the lil girl is the one who said it. what a pathetic loser. I can’t stand mothers like that. they are always going around trying to make trouble. “Payback” is a great song. and Nick Carter is an awesome artist. go get a life lady!

Haha. That’s hilarious! I hate people like her! She’s the most uptight little b*tch I’ve ever heard of. Her nine-year-old daughter is eventually going to start saying the “F” word anyway–so she might as well start now! LOL These kind of people will NEVER learn…she’s probably some strict religious freak. Go Nick! You bad-@ss!

I should also mention that Nick doesn’t even actually say the “F” word…his voice fades out right before he said it. So it was the stupid nine-year-old who said the “F” word, meaning she probably heard it from somewhere else. God, that stupid mother! She probably didn’t even LISTEN to the song!

Besides the fact that this woman is seriously off, the main point is this: Nick doesn’t even say f**ker!! He says, and I quote “…you stupid motherf-” You do not hear the last part of the word. Not at all. It’s ridiculous that this woman would say anything.

  6. Stallion says:

I bet you this guy thinks that he is pretty cool just because he said motherfu**ker. How can anybody respect this FAKE. I pity Nick Carter

Nick Carter will do anything for media attention. It is quite sad that he can’t face the fact that his career is over and he need to move on.

  7. Smile says:

It’s one word out of the whole song. And like other people have said it is faded out of the song. It’s not that big of a deal. Kelly needs to calm down. If she was so worried about her daughter knowing a cuss word then she should have listened to the song before she let her daughter do so.

  8. devil_of_the_paradise says:

elgato there’s a truth that Britney’s music is stronger than nick’s. her albums sold more than nick’s. so admit it. and this news is not a good thing but I agree with the girl because I listen to the f word songs too.

  9. mharinck says:

OMG! This is so so ridiculous. Payback is one of my favorite songs n he never even say the last part, he just said; you stupid motha…..n it fade away not motherfu**er. No offense lady but damn….this is just a song, not like you haven’t heard some worst than this on the radios before!

Out of all Nick Carter songs this song is the only okay one other than blow your mind.

  11. BadAss4Backstreet says:

She is absolutely right…that is not a song to be put into a cereal box and sent out to the kids of the world! When I first heard that they were putting it in there, I was shocked as *****….. BUT, at the same time, HE doesn’t actually SAY “motherf**ker”…..the “f**ker” part is faded out, so all you hear is “motherf……”, as to say it’s implied….. But again, little kids shouldn’t be exposed to it through THOSE means…… Now, if you get the “help me” single, it’s your OWN fault for having it.
