Tour dates for Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter’s ‘Now or Never’ Tour 2003 are slowly starting to be released. Some of the February dates start out in Japan. Nick will perform on February 1st in Nagoya, the 3rd and 4th in Osaka, and the 6th and 7th in Tokyo.
