Palms resort owner George Maloof confirmed to The Las Vegas Review Journal on Friday that Nick Lachey recently contacted him about the 41st-floor Palms Place condo he and now ex-wife Jessica Simpson committed to purchasing more than a year ago. “I don’t think they’ve figured who’s going to get the condo yet,” Maloof said.
