A source who was at last week’s Costume Institute Gala and spoke with Jessica Simpson claims the singer admitted she and hubby Nick Lachey are no longer together. “I asked [Jessica] where Nick was [that night] and she told me, ‘Oh, Nick and I aren’t together,’– as if I was the last to hear the news,” the source said. A pal of the 98 Degrees singer added, “Nick and Jessica may be separated. I know their publicists and managers are trying to figure everything out in terms of their careers, but it seems like there’s no more marriage.”
