Nick Lachey And Jessica Simpson Want Private Divorce

Sources connected with the Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson divorce proceedings tell TMZ.com both camps want their split kept off the public docket. To help that occur, Simpson asked the Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday to remove the judge assigned to her divorce, which experts say is the first step toward having the case heard by a private judge.
