According to Jeannette Walls of MSNBC.com, Jessica Simpson refused to go in to the VIP room of the Shore Club in Miami for Blender magazine’s MTV Video Music Awards after party until her husband Nick Lachey showed up nearly an hour later. Simpson sent a search team out to find Lachey, but the 98 Degrees singer seemed happy to party without his wife, and a source says he stayed hours after Simpson left.
