TMZ saw Nick Lachey dining out at Shinaro sushi in Hollywood on Valentine’s Day with a mystery woman, apparently not former Miss Kentucky Elizabeth Ann Arnold, on what appeared to be a double date. The woman left alone with in a black Range Rover with Virginia license plates.
