Nick Lachey was videotaped lathering up sunblock and took a photo with a young fan while lounging poolside at his hotel in Tampa, Florida. The handsome former 98 Degrees star relaxed before and after his show at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. The singer apparently checked in on his own and booked a regular room for a rate of $259 a night instead of one of the $1,500 suites available.
