Nicole Richie A No Show At Paris Hilton’s Birthday Bash

The New York Daily News reports that although Nicole Richie had dinner in Las Vegas on Saturday night and was announced by at her 26th birthday bash on the microphone to be “on her way,” she never showed up at the Hard Rock Hotel bash.
