Nicole Scherzinger sat down for a chat with 95.8 Capital FM’s Roberto after her performance at the 2010 Jingle Bell Ball. The Pussycat Dolls singer talked about pre-show rituals she has, perhaps snow skiing without clothing if her new single ‘Poison’ gets to #1, and hanging around for the Black Eyed Peas set. She then round of questions regarding preferences. She wrapped up popping some Christmas crackers and answered questions from fans and talked about what to expect from her solo album.
“I’ve done most of the album with Red One, so the energy is very uptempo, aggressive dance, but rock soul funk driven,” Nicole said about the CD coming out around Spring 2011. “I wanted to make sure the album was really live and big sound so that onstage it would be explosive, so I got that. It’s definitely more rock-ey. Then I have a couple more urban feels in there and more emotional songs.”
