CDNow.com reports Nikka Costa will be the opening act on Britney Spears’ forthcoming Dream Within a Dream North American summer tour which is set to kick off May 24 in Las Vegas. Costa will support the tour from the start until June 16 in Houston, while Spears continues on until July 22.
