No Bail For Lindsay Lohan’s Father After Weekend DWI

Newsday reports that Lindsay Lohan’s 44-year-old father Michael was held without bail Tuesday after he appeared before a Nassau County Court judge in Mineola after his drunken driving arrest and vehicle accident. Dominic Barbara, Lohan’s Garden City attorney, did not seek bail for his client Tuesday. He said afterward he wanted to wait for Lohan’s next hearing in the previous cases before seeking his release.
