No Charges To Be Filed Against Janet And Justin

The Houston Chronicle reports Houston Police Department Spokesman Robert Hurst said several callers wanted charges brought against Janet Jackson and *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake after Janet’s breast was exposed at the Super Bowl halftime show. But he said HPD officials conferred with the city attorney’s office and determined that no charges will be filed. “At this time there is nothing to indicate a crime was committed,” he said. Hurst said anyone upset with the act should contact their local TV outlet, CBS or the Federal Communications Commission.
