The Glasgow Daily Record reports a joker who welcomed Kylie Minogue to Scotland by flashing her pants from beneath his kilt last night admitted he often wears women’s undies. Brian Blakely, 24, of Irvine, Ayrshire, flashed the Love Kylie range lingerie live on MTV. And he revealed: “I wore suspenders downmy local once and all the boys were in hysterics.”
