A rep for Britney Spears tells People magazine that there is “no truth” to the report claiming the singer is considering giving birth to her second child in Namibia. On Friday, the African nation’s Deputy Environment and Tourism Minister, Leon Jooste, claimed officials had gotten an inquiry on behalf of the singer.
