Mark Brown of The Rocky Mountain News was at Monday night’s *NSYNC concert held at Denver’s Pepsi Center and didn’t leave very happy. Brown said the group put “on a tired, repetitive performance that fans have already paid for in the past.” Brown added, “Critics keep wishfully thinking that the boy-band trend is dying out but, if anything, it’s committing suicide. Sure, the natural expiration date is coming up fast, but the band is hastening its own demise with this tour, a clear attempt to cash in while the cash is still there.”
