Nyla Being Sued In U.S. Bankruptcy Court

Cindy Adams of the New York Post reports Britney Spears’ Pinkey Enterprises, the LLC behind Nyla, is being sued in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York, by Dairyland USA Corp., Ocean Clear, Inc., and Sam Tell & Son Inc. The plaintiff’s say Spears’ entity is “a defunct entity which cannot pay its debts.” They add the restaurant “undercapitalized with the intent of avoiding obligations bound to arise as a result of its operations.”
