O-Town broke up in November not only because some members wanted to go solo, but because they needed to – at least if they wanted to make money. “Unfortunately, as O-Town, we had to sign a lot of contracts that weren’t in our best interest as artists, coming together the way we did on a TV show,” Ashley Parker Angel revealed to MTV News recently. “There just came a time where we knew it was that time to step off and pursue those individual goals, and that’s where we’re at right now, but we remain the best of friends … and it was the best launching pad any of us could have ever wished for.” Read more.
