The Evening Standard reports Olivier Martinez’s brother Vincent is claiming that the actor has proposed to girlfriend Kylie Minogue during a Riviera cruise, giving the Aussie singer a $38,000 engagement ring. “Kylie is not engaged,” a spokesman for the singer claimed. “There are no plans to marry, as far as I am aware.”
