Before thousands of screaming girls welcomed British boy band One Direction in Frisco, Texas, the pop sensation form across the pond spoke with FOX 4 in Dallas. Speaking at Dr. Pepper Ballpark, the Texas Rangers’ Double-A affiliate venue for the Frisco RoughRiders, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson talked about what they’re doing to rile up American girls, how they’re being treated in Texas, performing on a baseball field, and if they prefer Man U or the Dallas Cowboys, fish and chips or hamburgers and fries, Simon Cowell or Paula Abdul and others.
Asked about the reception they received at a local baseball field, Niall said:
It was amazing. We walked across the the baseball field and they’re all cueing up outside and they all went crazy. It was just amazing. Just to think that we’re going around America and people know who we are. It’s just amazing.
Shouting out their North Texas area fans:
Niall: Big shout-out to all of our fans in North Texas area
