Justin Guarini Won’t Contest Traffic Ticket
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports ‘American Idol’ contestant Justin Guarini was due in a court Wednesday in Northampton County, Pa., to answer a citation for following too closely in a March 12 traffic accident. Guarini decided the ticket wasn’t worth a trip from the left coast, his lawyer said. “Flying across the country is a little extreme for a traffic ticket,” said his attorney Douglas C. Roger Jr., who is also his uncle. “He is extremely tied up.” The offense carries a $25 fine and $75 in court costs.

Globe magazine reports ‘American Idol’ winner Kelly Clarkson, 20, is still a virgin and will likely remain one because she’s set her heart on a music career and not love. Jessica Hugghins, Kelly’s best pal, told the Globe, “Kelly has never had sex. She wants to save herself for marriage – and says she probably won’t walk down the aisle until she’s at least 30.” Another pal of Kelly’s, Lindsey Hope, said, “Kelly’s definitely interested in guys, but her career comes first. She wants to fall in love some day, but right now she’s too busy living out her dream.”

Britney Releasing ‘I Love Rock N’ Roll’ As A Single
NME.com reports that Britney Spears is set to release her cover of the 1982 Joan Jett hit ‘I Love Rock n’ Roll’ as a single on November 4th. It will be backed by a karaoke version of the single, and a remix of previous single ‘Overprotected’ by Darkchild. The song also features on the soundtrack to the star’s current film ‘Crossroads’.

And it just so happens she’s hot.” Love Hewitt said, “I have no fine companion tonight. Maybe I’ll find one. Maybe he’ll be Latin, you never know.” Asked to respond to Timberlake’s “hot” remarks, Shakira said, “Well, thank you very much.”
