Palms Owner: No Deal To Bring In Britney Spears… Yet

Although he has made his interest known in bringing Britney Spears to the Palms as a regular act, owner George Maloof tells The Las Vegas Review Journal he hasn’t discussed any deal with the singer. “I’ve never negotiated in public, and I wouldn’t talk about it anyway because it would be confidential,” he said. As for the tabloid report claiming Maloof offered her a 20-week, $15 million contract, he responded, “I don’t know where they came up with that.”
