Popworld.com caught up with Paolo Nutini in a Q&A and asked the singer how performing in front of thousands of people compares to his former job, working in a fish and chip shop. “It’s amazing,” he said. “I played a gig in Germany the other week and the crowd were really getting into the songs. It just gave me the best feeling. It’s just mad the way people can relate to something I’ve written. I used to work in my dad’s fish and chip shop, or more like skive as my mum would put it, so it’s definitely a massive change.”
