was spotted leaving Ken Paves Salon in West Hollywood on Thursday (July 23) after getting her hair styled. The singer/actress was greeted by a gaggle of paparazzi before getting in an awaiting car, including an incredibly boisterous Hollywood.tv cameraman. Watch it via YouTube below.
