Celebrities.com videographer Henry Trappler found Stavros Niarchos at Shag in Hollywood on Monday night, then Paris Hilton arrived. Later, Trappler caught Stavros exiting the rear of the hotspot in Paris’ Mercedes. Lulop.com has since removed the video.
