’s debut single ‘Stars Are Blind’ topped the KIIS FM ‘Top 9@9′ countdown on Monday for the first time after steadily rising last week. Every day since its release, Hilton’s single has topped ’s comeback effort ‘Ain’t No Other Man’, which was #4 last night.
