was photographed accidentally tearing a hole in her pants after bending over by a branch outside her Hollywood Hills home the other night. The heiress didn’t bother to change though, getting into boyfriend Stavros Niarchos’ truck and headed to The Grove in Westwood. Check out pictures from X17.
