Paris Hilton was videotaped hitting her new favorite boutique Sielian’s Vintage Apparel on Melrose Ave on Wednesday (October 4), buying a dozen vintage frocks. After making the purchases, Paris said her assistant would come by later to pick up her purchases. Watch footage from TMZ.
