A TMZ staffer says he saw sharing a joint with a friend at Pink Elephant nightclub in New York City at 1:30 a.m. Thursday. The heiress’ publicist Elliot Mintz responded, “I was not there so there is no way I can comment. I have a call into Paris right now.” Read more.
