Paris Hilton was spotted out on Thursday (January 25) with boyfriend Stavros Niarchos, hitting Mr. Chow’s and Area before Paris returned home to a trio of young female fans who went into teenybopper mode after posing with the heiress. X17 claims Paris and Stavros got in a huge fight during the evening, but kept it cool for the cameras.
