Paris Hilton stood up for the Jonas Brothers backstage at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night, after host Russell Brand gave the Disney sibling trio a tough time for their purity rings. “I don’t pick on them,” Hilton told Usmagazine.com. “That’s something cool for a kid to keep, so don’t pick on them for that.” The heiress, who famously said she was giving up sex for a year back in 2006, added, “I think that they’re all really good kids and that they’re definitely our next generation of kids and they’re all really good so I think that’s awesome.”
