Paris Hilton Talks To ‘ET’ About Jail Time
Outside the MTV Movie Awards last night, Paris Hilton spoke with ‘Entertainment Tonight’ correspondent Kevin Frazier, revealing that she chose to go to an L.A. County Jail, rather than a “pay jail” that might have had more perks. “I did have an option to go to a pay jail,” the heiress explained, “but I chose to decline because I feel that the media portrays me in a way that I’m not and I wanted to show everyone that I can be just like everybody else. And I’m gonna do the time the right way and I hope this will be a good example to people.” Paris also says that negative comments do hurt her, but said: “Hopefully this will show people that you know I am a strong and good person.”
