Part Of Simon Cowell Is Just English Humor

Entertainment Tonight will focus on ‘American Idol’ judge Simon Cowell tonight and he has an unlikely defender in fellow judge and on-air nemesis Randy Jackson. “Part of it’s his personality, part of it’s his English humor,” Jackson says. “You can say to someone in England, ‘Oh my god, you’re fat, get off the TV,’ and people will die laughing. Over here, people will be like, ‘You know what? That wasn’t really a nice thing to say.’ [His] criticism is only a small glimpse of what people will get facing the public.”
