Party In Vegas As Ashlee Simpson Turns 21

The Las Vegas Review Journal reports Ashlee Simpson will be celebrating her 21st birthday at the stroke of midnight Sunday with a performance at the Pussycat Dolls Lounge, the club inside Pure nightclub at Caesars Palace. Her sister Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey are expected for the party.
