Passed Out Lindsay Lohan Pix Help Sell Hoodies

The New York Times reports that while that photograph of Lindsay Lohan passed out in a car with Samantha Ronson over Memorial Day weekend may have stalled her acting career, it has done wonders for hoodie sales at American Apparel. The image was posted on the company’s blog at americanapparel.net, and at least one store in Manhattan pasted the Daily News front page near a display of the $40 “flex fleece” sweatshirts, causing a run.
