Paulina Rubio chatted with Vibe magazine in their October issue about her beauty secrets. Asked whether she works out, Paulina said, “I discovered Bikram yoga, and it has changed my life. It keeps my body and mind balanced. I also drink more than a gallon of water a day.” When Rubio isn’t working out, she likes to relax explaining, “I go to the beach and have picnics in the park. I just love to be outdoors.”
