A message at Peoplenews.com reports that the UK gossip site is shutting down. The message reads, “You may have noticed that the site hasn’t quite been itself recently. The reason for this is, sadly, we are no more. It has been a long and fun run for us all here at PeopleNews but after three weeks of discussions involving management buyouts and potential sales it looks as if the game is up.”
