Photographer Sues Christina Aguilera After Bodyguard Beatdown

Photographer David Keeler was in court for a pre-trial hearing on Wednesday (December 22) dealing with whether or not he should be entitled to big bucks from Christina Aguilera in punitive damages after claiming the singer’s bodyguard beat him up outside the trendy Nacional nightclub in Hollywood. “He was punched in the mouth, his mouth was bloodied, his nose was bloodied, he had lacerations inside his mouth,” stated Keeler’s attorney, Richard Kolber, in court. A video clip from ‘Celebrity Justice’ has since been removed.
