Pink Talks About New Album, Breakup, Animals, Etc.
Kyle Sandilands of the Kyle and Jackie O. show caught up with Pink last week ahead of the MTV Video Music Awards. The singer talked about the huge success she’s enjoyed touring in Australia, the new single ‘So What’ and its video, how her buddy Carey Hart is in the video despite their marital split, hanging out at Chateau Marmont, no plans for a clothing line - “I don’t think it would sell”, how she’s always been a big advocate for animals - “they’ve got love down so much better than we do”, being scheduled to tour in support of her new album ‘Funhouse’ until 2010 - including five days off in Australia, paddleboarding being her new thing, wanting to stomp grapes, how it’s not okay for opening bands to not meet the headliner, her advice to not sing Celine Dion or Michael Bolton to ‘Idol’ hopefuls, and more.
