Pink has one wish this Christmas: to get Siegfried & Roy’s 55-year-old elephant, Gildah, out of the Mirage Hotel and Casino, where she has been confined since Roy was attacked in October. “With the holidays upon us, ‘Peace on Earth’ seems out of reach for much of the world this year, but won’t you please grant it to one pathetic, old, lonely elephant on the Vegas strip?” Pink pleaded in a letter faxed to the duo.

Even though I hate Pink and I know she’s a poser, I do agree that they should release the elephant. That’s sad.

Yeah but there are two things that made me wonder 1) why the hell was the comment about the Mickey Mouse Club necessary-sounds like publicity stunt 2) I do want the elephant to have what is necessary for it. Seeing what happened with Keiko the killler whale from Free Willy that recently died never adapted back to the wild. The same thing may be true with this elephant. When Willy was set free he swam his ass back to where $500K a month was spent on trying to get him to adapt to the wild. As long as the elephant is not being mistreated this may be the best thing for it right now
Pink should spend a little more time trying to focus the media on her music or else she is just going to become a media-ho celebrity like slutney and ho-tina.
