The New York Daily News reports Tito Moses, 31, of Newark, New Jersey cut a deal in Manhattan Supreme Court that will send him to prison for up to three years for attempting to scam Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony into buying back their stolen wedding video for $1 million.
